Lucille A. McIntyre, 87, of Terre Haute passed away Monday February 3, 2014 in Terre Haute Regional Hospital. She was a registered nurse for many years. Lucille was born July 2, 1926 in Terre Haute to Urban Lubbehusen and Regina (Weyer) Lubbehusen. She is survived by daughters, Kathleen Rose and her husband Ron of Connersville, IN and Colleen Pearson and her husband Carl of Crawfordsville, IN; sons, Phillip McIntyre and his wife Jean of Pennsylvania and Sean McIntyre of New York; 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband James F. McIntyre who died February 6, 2000; son, James V. McIntyre; sisters, Marcella Gildersleeve and Mary Ruth Nayarkas, and brothers, Raymond Lubbehusen, John Lubbehusen, and Louis Lubbehusen. Lucille was a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church, the Nightingale Club and the St. Anthony Nursing School Alumni. Visitation will be Friday February 14, 2014 from 10:00 until 11:30 am in DeBaun Funeral Home, Wabash Avenue Chapel, 2425 Wabash Ave with a memorial mass at St. Benedict Catholic Church on Friday February 14, 2014 at 12:05 pm with Father Ed Goldbach officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
