Lisa S. (Curry) Bays, 65, of Terre Haute passed away Thursday January 16, 2020 in Union Hospital. She had worked for the Vigo County School Corporation. She was born October 24, 1954 in Terre Haute to John A and Mary (Martineau) Curry. Lisa is survived by her husband of 44 years, William "Bud" Bays; daughters, Amanda Wrightsman (John) and Trisha Bays; grandchildren, Claire, Bryanna, Emma, Bentley; brothers, John Curry (Karen), Dick Curry, and Billy Ellis and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Martin; father and step-mother, John and Margaret Curry; sister, Doretta Bedwell, and brothers, Martin Curry, Michael Curry, and Rick Curry. Visitation is Monday January 20, 2020 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm in DeBaun Springhill Chapel with funeral services at 1:00 pm in the funeral home with Pastors Dennis Ticen and Rick Swan officiating.
