Linda J. McIntosh, 88, of Terre Haute passed away Saturday January 11, 2025 in Southwood Health Care. She was born November 14, 1936 in Knox County, Indiana to Joe and Helen (Reed) Welton. Linda is survived by her daughter, Susan Stroot (Chris); sons, Thomas Kotter (Penni) and Patrick Kotter (René); grandchildren, Patrick Jacob Kotter (Cassie), Joseph Cane Kotter, Lindsey Lydick, Joshua Rogers (Amanda), Ashleigh Lewis (Craig), Caitlin Kemp (Josh), and Lindsay Pullen (Nick); and several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Dr. Wilbert "Mac" McIntosh, who passed August 4, 2004. Linda graduated from Fritchon High School in 1954, Good Samaritan Hospital School of Nursing in 1957, and Vincennes University School of Nursing in 1959. She was a Registered Nurse and worked in Terre Haute Hospitals and with her husband at his Medical Arts office. She was a member of the Red Hat Society. Linda loved playing cards, traveling and sewing. Visitation will be Friday January 17, 2025 from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm in DeBaun Springhill Chapel with funeral services starting at 12:00 pm in the funeral home with Pastor Tim Fagg officiating.
