Linda Lou Copeland, 74, of Lewis passed away Thursday January 13, 2022 in St. Vincent's Hospital in Evansville. She was born January 24, 1947 in Terre Haute to Claude Leon and Dorothy Lucille (Cutsinger) Thompson. Linda is survived by her husband of 56 years, Wilbur L. Copeland; daughter, Tammy Lyn Copeland Null (Frank); son, Mark Wayne Copeland (Kipper); sister, Brenda Sue Taylor; grandsons, Brady Null (Wendy), Trevor Null (Ashley), Ethan Copeland, Kamon Copeland (Mikayla), Roman Copeland, and Lincoln Copeland. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Larry Allen "Shorty" Thompson. Linda was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist in Lewis and she loved her church family. Her biggest joy in life was being surrounded by family. Linda liked hosting fish fry's and spending quiet time reading and studying her Bible. She loved making candies and cookies at the holidays with her daughter and everyone loved her noodles. Linda had a servants heart and was happiest when helping others. Visitation will be Sunday January 23, 2022 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm in DeBaun Springhill Chapel with funeral services at 1:00 pm in the funeral home with Pastor Ken Olin officiating.
