LeRoy Nenneman, 72, of Pimento, IN passed away in Union Hospital on June 22, 2013 at 6:53 a.m. He was born on July 12, 1940 to Walter Nenneman and Lucy (Goucher) Nenneman. Leroy was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He worked for the Highway Department, Saint Mary-of-the-Woods Grounds Department, and lastly he worked Security at Fowler Park. He was a retired Fireman from the Pimento and Prairieton Volunteer Fire Departments. LeRoy loved children; many called him Dad of Grandpa besides his own. LeRoy is preceded in death by his parents; he is survived by his wife of 38 years Mildred (Certain) Nenneman; sons JR Nenneman (Debbie) and Jason Nenneman; daughter Jennifer Curry (Chris); grandchildren Xavier Nenneman (Alex), Xenia Rich (Nate), Taylor Curry, Andrew Curry, and Desi Hall; step great grandchildren Khai Nenneman, Hailey Nenneman, and Keilee Rich; step granddaughter Kaylyn Hyde; step great grandchildren JJ Hyde and Connor Hyde; and sister Frieda Williams (Lance). A celebration of life for LeRoy is scheduled for Saturday June 29, 2013 from 1:00p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the Pimento Volunteer Fire Department, 2387 E Cottom Drive. Family and friends are invited to come and share memories of him.
