Obituary of Lenora Figg

Lenora Figg, age 90, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away on March 2, 2017 at Union Hospital.

Visitation will be 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm Sunday, March 5, 2017 at DeBaun Funeral Home, 85 E Springhill Drive, Terre Haute, Indiana 47802.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, March 6, 2017 at the Springhill Chapel in DeBaun Funeral Home with the Reverend Paul Wagner of Vincennes First United Methodist Church officiating.

Lenora was born in West Terre Haute to Charlie and Lydia Garner Mason on October 28, 1926. She was married to the late E. Eugene Figg for 47 years.

Lenora was a generous and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a positive influence on many lives, including many children who were beneficiaries of her nurturing through the home day care that she operated for more than twenty years. She was an organ and tissue donor.

Lenora is preceded in death by her siblings, Woodrow Mason, Cora Mason Nicoson, Nell Mason Schillaci, Rebecca Mason Hargis, Mary Mason Hargis, Charles Mason, Raymond Mason, and Paul Mason.

Lenora is survived by her children, E. Anthony Figg (and wife Jeanie), Deborah Botts, Dianna Vaziri (and husband Fazlollah), Kevin Figg (and wife Francine) and Carol Drake, grandchildren Kara LiCalsi, Jill Fahey, Robert Botts, Neghar Vaziri, Nima Vaziri, Meredith Figg, Victoria Figg, Matthew Drake and Kyle Drake, and great grandchildren Emma, Jonathan and Garrett Fahey, Jack and Dylan LiCalsi, Colt and Callie Drake, and siblings John and Phyllis Mason and Charlotte Jean Roach.
