Lawrence "Larry" M. Land, 101, passed away on February 22, 2026. He was born on August 30, 1924 in Anderson, IN to Paul Land and Sharlie (Stubbs) Land. He loved fishing, bowling, and croquet, and he was an avid Cubs fan.

He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Shirley (Kesler) Land; sons Timothy Land and Greg Land, daughters Judy Miller, Deborah Montgomery, and Melody Bailey; sister Fran Masterson, 10 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and 12 great-great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his first wife Barbara (Fletcher) Land, both parents, daughter Theresa May, 10 siblings, and granddaughter Tiara Land.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2026 from 11 am to 1 pm at DeBaun Springhill Chapel, with a funeral service beginning at 1 pm. Burial to follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.debaunfuneralhomes.com.
