Larry Troy Myers, 48 of Terre Haute, went to be with the Lord after a three year battle with cancer. He was born in Terre Haute on August 5, 1966 to Charles Edward Myers, Jr. and Carol Grizzle Myers. Troy is survived by his wife Jenny Robins Myers, his parents Buddy and Carol Myers, and grandmother Charity Wessol. Also surviving is his daughter, Brooke Michelle Griffith (& husband Cole) & their children Shayln and Alex Griffith, as well as stepchildren Ronnie LaFleur, Jessica Rogers (& husband Richie), and Lacy LaFleur (& Bobby Tisdell), and a brother, Scott Christopher Myers (& wife Teresa) and their three sons. Other survivors include his uncles Ernie Grizzle, Robert Grizzle, and James Oeffler, and an aunt Cindy Faught, nephew Aaron Gabbard, and friend Herb Long (& wife Judy), as well as nine grandchildren and lots of extended family and friends. Troy was loved by anyone that ever met him, he loved his family and friends and loved baseball. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Bush Restaurant, 932 Locust Street, Terre Haute, IN 47807, on Sunday, June 21, 2015 from 1:00 – 3:00 PM. The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Troy's wife Jenny. Arrangements are under the direction of DeBaun Wabash Chapel, 2425 Wabash Ave.
