Keith Willard Smith, 62, passed away on September 30, 2021 in Fort Wayne.  He grew up in Farmersburg, Indiana and graduated from Sullivan High School.

Keith loved bowing, ballroom dancing, adult coloring, and spending time with family.  He worked 36 years for various special needs organizations in Sullivan and Fort Wayne.  He also enjoyed extra activities that the organizations offered.

Keith is survived by his siblings, Sharon Jordan (David), Linda Kurtz (Marvin), Diana West (Paul Michael), and Ronald Smith, as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many great nieces and great nephews.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Kathleen Smith, twin brother Kenneth Lee Smith, nephews Darin Cress and Michael Smith.

Throughout his life, Keith had awesome caregivers.  He was kind, goofy, loveable, and had a great sense of humor.  All who met him remember him fondly by his big smile.
