Karen Ann Meng, 76, of Terre Haute passed away on Wednesday March 18, 2020. She was born to the late Charles Ronald Rupert and Mary Margaret Rupert on July 19, 1943.  Karen graduated from Speedway High School in 1961 and was married to the love of her life, Dennis Meng, on September 23, 1967. Karen was a loving mother and homemaker. Karen enjoyed decorating and entertaining family and friends. Karen was a member of Xi Alpha Mu chapter of Beta Sigma Phi since 1985. Karen is survived by her loving husband Dennis Meng, son Steve Meng and his wife Kecia, daughter Marianne Burt and her husband Rob, seven grandchildren, Cody Obenchain, Dennis Meng, Jordan Meng, Kendall Burt, Grace Burt, Max Burt, Sophia Burt, 5 great-grandchildren and one on the way. She is preceded in death by her parents, her brother Ronald Rupert and her beloved dog Molly. Visitation will be held Monday March 23, 2020 at DeBaun Funeral Home 85 E Springhill Dr  from  10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Services will follow visitation.
