Judy Carlene Givens, 76, of Terre Haute went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, September 14, 2021.  She was born December 4, 1944 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Elmer Fredrick Leasure and Hazel Fay King Leasure.  Judy was a member of the Eastside Church of Christ and enjoyed the ladies bible study group.  In her younger days she played golf and tennis. Most of all she was devoted to her Faith and her Family.  Her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren were her whole world.

People that know Judy, know she fought tirelessly for many years to be well and stay with her family.  She is now in a better place surrounded by those she loved who had went on before her.

Judy is survived by her beloved husband of 61 years, Dennis Givens, daughters Tammy Reader (Dean) and Lisa Garzolini (Chad), sons Scott Givens (Melody), and Todd Givens, grandchildren Nick Givens, Jon Givens, Ali Gonzalez, Jacob Givens, Taylor Marion, Teryn Garzolini, Easton Garzolini, Jesse Reader, Jonathan Reader, and Hannah Koon; great-grandchildren Jaxon Koon, Aubree Reader, Johnny Reader, Maddox Givens, Nora Reader, Poppy Reader, Isabella Givens, Liam Givens and Leia Givens.  She is preceded in death by her parents, daughter Melanie Givens, sister Billie Padgett, and brother John Eller.

Visitation will be held Saturday, September 18, 2021 at DeBaun Springhill Chapel from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Service will begin at 4:00 p.m. with Pastor James Coker officiating.  Online condolences may be made to www.debaunfuneralhomes.com.
