John J. Tomich, 65, of West Terre Haute passed away Friday January 23, 2015 at 4:00 am in his residence. He had worked at American Can in Hammond, IN. John was born November 2, 1949 in Piene Germany to Momcilo Tomich and Lisa (Viol) Tomich. He is survived by daughters, Cheryl Huey and her husband Edward of West Terre Haute and Michele Tomich of Indianapolis; a son, Jonathan Tomich of West Terre Haute; grandchildren, Katarina, Kristen, Gabriel, and Sarah; friend, Mary Tomich; sisters, Mary, Donna, and Christina; brothers, Bronco, Marko, Dragn, and Bobby and many friends, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, grandchildren, "Angel" and Alaric and a brother, Dennis. John was a United States Marine Corps veteran, a Ham Radio Operator, call sign "KB9SBO", he also loved his cats and spending time with his grandchildren.
