John Scott 'Jonny Rotten' Norris, 52, passed away on August 8, 2015 in his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born to Karen A. Norris and James E. Norris and they have preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife Cheryl (Daugherty) Norris; sons John Dalton Norris, Damen Scott Norris, and Blade Wayne Norris; sisters Laura Norris Gilbert and her husband Bill, Annie Norris Lucas and Johnny; brothers Todd Kaperak and wife Roxy, David Norris; niece Aimee Wheeler Porter and husband Ben; nephews Jason Warnock and wife Crystal, Brandon Warnock, Travis Warnock and wife Mary, Colton Norris, and Coty Norris; great nieces Victoria Warnock, Aly Porter, and Briley Porter; great nephews Scott Warnock and Zachery Warnock; and several cousins. He was also preceded in death by a great niece Nevaeh Warnock and nephew Bryan Daugherty. There will be a memorial from Noon to 3 p.m. Sunday August 16, 2015, at the Terre Haute Fraternal Order of Eagles, 823 Poplar Street.
