John H. Edwards, age 69, of Terre Haute, Indiana passed away on Monday, September 3rd. He is survived by his loving wife, Mary (Fern) Edwards, and his children Chris, Leah, Chiloh, Alison, Emily, Cainan and Patrick.   John retired as a Master Gunnery Sergeant from the United States Marine Corps and worked as a machinist for over 30 years.  John loved to fish, garden, and woodwork.  A Celebration of Life will be held at First Unitarian Universalist Congregation, 1875 S Fruitridge Ave, Terre Haute, IN 47803 on Saturday, September 8th at 1pm.  Military honors will begin promptly at 1:30pm.  In lieu of flowers, please make a contribution to the charity of your choice.  DeBaun Funeral Home assisted with arrangements.  Online condolences may be made to www.debaunfuneralhomes.com.
