Joan Elizabeth Cook, 85, passed away on January 15, 2026. She was born on October 7, 1940, in Wheeler, IL to Sharon B. Crouse and Rachel (Mascher) Crouse. Joan enjoyed camping, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. She loved the outdoors.

She is survived by her son, Randy Cook (Lisa), grandchildren Fletcher Cook and Ethan Cook, siblings Patty Williams, Ray Crouse (Sherry), and brother-in-law John Harvey.

She is preceded in death by her husband, both parents, brother Maynard Crouse (Thelma), brother-in-law John Williams, and sister Lois Harvey.
