Jerrold "Jerry" P. Keep, 53, of Clinton, passed away at 11:25 AM on Sunday, March 9, 2014 in Union Hospital. He was born in Terre Haute on January 30, 1961 to James O. Keep and Norma Conner Keep. Jerry is survived by his wife Teresa Bailey Keep, and his two children, Jessica Keep ( Daniel Van Winkle) of Terre Haute, and Jacob Keep of Clinton, IN. Also surviving are four siblings; Joseph Keep (Dawn) of Harlem, GA, Joan Fornell (John) of Jasonville, IN, Jeff Keep (Kathy) of Terre Haute, and Jay Keep of Indiana. A special grandson, Logan Savant also survives as well as a brother-in-law, Keith Bailey (Jennifer) of Evansville, IN and Tami Meyers (John) of Terre Haute. In addition, there are several nieces and nephews; Matthew, Becky, Katie, Keith, Holli, Morgan, Nathan, Jimmy, Doug, Stephanie, Joshua, Christina, Robbie, Jennifer, Nicole, Vincent, and Shane, as well as many great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, as well as two brothers, James F. Keep and John Keep. Jerry was a diehard Chicago Bears fan, and loved mushroom hunting and fishing, and was a member of the Wabash Senior Center. Funeral services will be held in DeBaun Springhill Chapel on Thursday, March 13, 2014 at 1:00 PM, with Pastor Rick Swan officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, March 13, 2014 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM in DeBaun Springhill Chapel.
