Jennifer L. Grinstead (Batista) Age 59,of Terre haute, IN passed away peacefully at her place of residence surrounded by friends and family the afternoon of Sunday, 08/14/2022. She was preceded in death by her father Albert Joseph and her mother Bessie E. Batista (Shelp) as well as her brother Neil and Uncle Wendell Shelp.  She is survived by her sister Joyce Lynnette Batista;  brother Nathan; son Teddy Batista, his wife Jessica & their three children Addison Rae, Jaxon Ryker and Skylar Monroe. Jennifer enjoyed spending time with her house mates, she was a part of the special Olympics bowling team, she was a huge part of Self advocates of Indiana and Loved spending time with her special companion Les Roe. Visitation for Jennifer will be held at DeBaun Springhill Chapel on Friday, August 19 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM with funeral services starting at 1:00 PM.  Following the service Jennifer will be driven by The Happiness Bag then burial at Woodlawn Cemetery.
