Jean K. Myers, 88, of Terre Haute passed away on Sunday, October 3, 2021 at Cobblestone Crossings.  She was born February 15, 1933 in Jefferson, Pennsylvania to Ervin Kress and Annie Miller Kress.  Jean was a loving mother and grandmother.  She was a very active member Trinity Lutheran Church.  Jean sang in the choir and belonged to the Ruth Circle Women's Group.  She also worked for many years at Sears Department Store and Starr's Jewelers.

Jean is survived by her son, Dennis Myers (Patricia), daughter Denise Taylor (Robert), grandchildren Melissa Hatton (Ben), Tiffany Rotert (Richard), and Blake Myers (Tabi), great grandchildren Sarah Hatton, Lydia Hatton, Elizabeth Rotert, Henry Rotert, and Blakely Myers, and sister Beverly Hoover.  She is preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband Fred Myers, brother Ervin Kress, sisters Cerelene Cole, and Shirley Fohl.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 7, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, located at 2620 Ohio Boulevard, Terre Haute, 47803.  Service will begin at 3:00 p.m. at the church with Pastor Dana Newhouse officiating.  Burial will follow at Roselawn Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers donations in honor of Jean can be made to the organ fund at Trinity Lutheran Church.  Online condolences may be made to www.debaunfuneralhomes.com.
