Jay M. Keep, 54, of Marion Indiana passed away Saturday, October 5, 2019 at his residence.  He was born December 23, 1964 to James Osborne Keep and Norma Louise Connor Keep in Terre Haute.  Jay participated proudly in the Special Olympics for many years.  He loved being outside and he loved animals.  He was known to have a sweet tooth and enjoyed watching anything about animals on TV from the comfort of his recliner.

Jay is preceded in death by his parents, and brothers James Keep, John Keep, and Jerry Keep.  He is survived by his sister Joan Fornell (John) of Coalmont, Indiana; brothers Joseph Keep (Dawn) of Harlem, Georgia and Jeff Keep (Katherine) of Terre Haute; sisters- in- law Teresa Keep, Carrie Bouge-Keep, and Patty Keep; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A special thank you goes out to long time caregiver and sister-in-law Patty Keep for your years of loving care and dedication, as well as the ResCare Team of Marion, Indiana and Heart-to-Heart Hospice.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Family Worship Center located at 8157 North County Road 425 West, Brazil, Indiana. A memorial service will begin at 11:00 a.m. at the church.  Burial will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Terre Haute.
