Janice Jean Martin, 67, of Terre Haute passed away on Wednesday December 18, 2013 in Clinton Gardens in Clinton, IN. She worked many years in the banking industry retiring from Old National Bank. Janice was born October 10, 1946 in Charleston, IL to Eustace Davis and Evelyn (Archer) Davis. She is survived by son Patrick Martin and his wife Kim; daughters Leslie Ringle and her husband Ted and Natalie Montgomery and her husband Justin; grandchildren Alicia Martin, Amber Martin, Julie Martin, Katie Martin, Colin Ringle, Camden Ringle, Griffin Lyman, Lyla Montgomery, Felicity Montgomery, Gayla Bridgewaters, Shelby Bridgewaters, and Veronica Bridgewaters, great grandchildren Jason, Conner, and Maddie; aunt Evalyn Jones; sisters, Robin Frazier, Kim Horn, and Melinda Mitchell; brothers, Kevin Davis and Davant Davis; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Geoff Martin and his wife Nancy Bonnie Martin and her husband John Anslinger and Rebecca Spence and her husband Kevin; aunt Betty Cameron and several nieces and nephews. Janice was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Timothy Paul Martin who died October 21, 2012, her parents, and a sister Melissa Davis. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and was member of a card club and a miniature club. Visitation will be Sunday December 22, 2013 from 5:00 until 8:00 pm in DeBaun Springhill Chapel, 85 E. Springhill Dr. with funeral services on Monday December 23, 2013 at 10:00 am in the funeral home with Pastor Jeff Lee officiating. Burial will be in Highland Lawn Cemetery. The family suggests that for those who desire, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association (envelopes will be available at the funeral home)
