Janice Jean Kisner, 68, of Terre Haute passed away Thursday November 12, 2015 at 6:00 pm in Signature Health Care. She had been a hairdresser for many years, having worked at Pauline Lakes, Charm, Saturday Set, and for herself. Janice was born January 1, 1947 in Terre Haute to Eugene Barnett and Doris (Padgett) Barnett. She is survived by a daughter, Lorrie Fosnaugh and husband Randy of Ohio; sons, Kenneth Kisner, Jr. and wife Joanne of Indianapolis and Trevor Kisner and wife Kara of Terre Haute; grandsons, Craig, Ryan, Keith, Richard, Dalton, Zach, and Jacob; a great granddaughter, Emma; a sister, Judy Frobeen of North Carolina and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Ray Kisner, Sr, who died September 27, 2010; a daughter, Jennifer Kisner and a brother Ronnie Barnett. Janice enjoyed gardening, cooking, and playing cards. Visitation will be Monday November 16, 2015 from 4:00 until 6:00 pm in DeBaun Funeral Homes, Springhill Chapel, 85 E. Springhill Dr. with funeral services at 6:00 pm in the funeral home with Dr. Charles Cooley officiating. The family suggests that for those who desire, memorial contributions may be made to either Hospice, Comfort Keepers, or Bethany House.
