Janet I. Boswell, 84, of Riley passed away Monday September 30, 2019 in Springhill Village. She retired after 23 ½ years with Vocational Rehab. She was born August 18, 1935 in Riley, Indiana to C. Lester and Irene L. (Cottrel) Purcell. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Richard "Bud" Boswell; daughter, Tonda Cave; grandson, Jeremiah M. Cave (Madie); great-grandsons, Wesley Ryan Cave and Lincoln Turner Cave; several cousins and extended family.  She was a member of Rula Rebekah Lodge in Riley, Past President of the Indiana Rebekah Assembly, Past Grand Matriarch of Grand Ladies Encampment Auxiliary of Indiana, Past President Department Association Ladies Auxiliary Patriarchs Militant, the White Shrine, Women of the Moose and Riley United Methodist Church.
