Janet Sue Caton, 72, passed away on September 19, 2024. She was born on November 13, 1951 in Terre Haute to Carter C. Drake and Naomi M. (Watts) Drake.

Janet worked as a bank teller over 20 years, and retired from Terre Haute First Financial Bank. Janet always had time for her family, spending many a day caring for her grandchildrens' needs and having a great deal of fun with them along the way. She was committed to taking care of her loved ones above all else, and that rare quality defined her.

Janet is survived by her husband John Caton, son Jake Chalos (wife Sara), step-daughter April Morgan (husband Travis), and step-son Scott Caton. She is also survived by six grandchildren: Ali Chalos, Paul Chalos, Max, Chalos, Teddy Chalos, Marina Morgan, and Maris Morgan.

Cremation was entrusted to DeBaun Funeral Home with private services to be held at Pogue Cemetery.
