James "Jim" William Tracy, 72, of Terre Haute passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2023.  He was born July 18, 1951, in Mason County, Kentucky to Floyd Tracy and Nannie Wallingford Tracy.  Jim served his country in the United States Army and was stationed in Germany for two years.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing guitar, and loved to sing karaoke with friends.  Jim was a true provider, a giving soul and had a kind heart.  He was a great father, protector and loved his children, family, and friends deeply.  His children and grandchildren were his greatest joy and proudest accomplishment.  He will be missed by many.

Jim is survived by his loving wife Lori Tracy, his brothers Terah Tracy (Mona) and Gregary Tracy (Shari), sisters Ruth Ann Cropper (Gene), Vickie Brower (Tim), and Connie Crawford (Freddy); his sons Stuart Tracy, Eric Tracy (Michelle), daughters Tessa Kramb (Steven), Brandy Loughmiller (Eric), and Kelsie Selems; grandchildren Jordan, Zach, Lynnlee, Blakelee, Zoe, Zander, Aidan, Lilly, Rose, Ethan, Layla, Ember, Jasper, and Jaxson; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.  He is preceded in death by his parents and first son Jamie Tracy.

Visitation will be held Monday, November 13, 2023, at DeBaun Springhill Chapel from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Service and military honors will begin at the funeral home at 4:00 p.m.  Online condolences may be made to www.debaunfuneralhomes.com.
