James R. Stadler, 50, passed away Friday, March 31, 2023 at Regional Hospital. He was born on July, 24, 1972 in Terre Haute to Timothy and Sandra (Catte) Stadler. He was married to Trudy Stadler, who passed away in 2012. He was a former EMT and was the Deputy Director at Vigo County EmCom. He is survived by his mother, son Austin Stadler, and family friends, Donnie Barlow and Kevin Mallery. He is preceded in death by his father. James was a great man, and he was always willing to help anyone he could. A visitation will be held Wednesday, April 5, 2023 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at DeBaun Springhill Chapel with a service following at the funeral home at 1:00 pm.
