James T. Hurt of Terre Haute passed away October 17, 2020. He is survived by his wife, Cynthia, sons Jon-Paul (Sheila) and Nicholas (Mary), and three grandchildren. Jim grew up in St. Clair, MI, excelling in swimming and gymnastics, and was a graduate of Central Michigan University.  He enlisted in the U. S. Marine Corps and served two years in Vietnam.  He then worked in retail management for 25 years and as a high school English teacher for 5 years. A funeral Mass will be held at a later date at Saint Joseph University Parish, due to Covid.
