Jaleh Jorjani Jackson, 73, of Terre Haute, passed away on June 18, 2016, at Brighton Gardens Center in Dayton, OH. Jaleh worked in the School of Nursing at Indiana State University, then as a registered nurse at Union Hospital for nearly thirty years before retiring in 2011. Surviving are her husband, Dr. Marion Jackson of Terre Haute; daughters, Arshia Myers of Dayton, OH, and Grousha (Jason) Birkenbeul of Fort Wayne; brother, Bijan (Shaheen) Jorjani of Berekley, CA; sisters, Zahra Greening of London, England and Leila Jorjani of Shiraz, Iran; and granddaughters Elise and Libby Myers, and Mia and Claire Birkenbeul. Jaleh was preceded in death by her first husband, Borzorg Bahrani. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Dayton, Ohio. Memorial service at 2pm on Saturday, June 25 at DeBaun Springhill Chapel.
