Hila Cecile Cheesman, 67, of Terre Haute passed away Thursday December 25, 2025 in Regional Hospital. She was born June 18, 1958 in Terre Haute to Oscar and Elizabeth Jane (Smith) Cheesman. Hila was a long-time ER Admitting Clerk at Terre Haute Regional Hospital. She is survived by her brothers, Norman Cheesman (Sherrie), Paul Cheesman (Vickie), and Bruce Cheesman. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.  Hila enjoyed listening to Gospel music. Visitation will be Tuesday December 30, 2025 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm in DeBaun Springhill Chapel with funeral services starting at 1:00 pm in the funeral home with Pastor Rick Swan officiating.
