Helen M. Morin, 97, passed away on September 25, 2021.  She was born in Terre Haute to Daniel and Caroline Meehan on October 12, 1923.  Helen was preceded by her husband Frank E. Morin Jr.; sons in law Tom Reynolds and Phillip Jackson; brothers James and John Meehan as well as her sister Dorothy Michaels.  She is survived by her daughters Nancy Jackson of Merrillville, Sharon Reynolds, and Rosemary Milner (Bill); sister Betty Young; 7 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren.  Helen enjoyed sewing, reading, shopping, and working on word searches.  Visitation for Helen will be held on Wednesday, September 29 from 12:00 – 2:00 PM with services starting at 2:00 PM at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church. Burial at Roselawn Memorial Park will follow. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to VNA Hospice. The family would like to give a special thank you to Mary Cummings at Gibson Family Care for the care given to Helen.
