Obituary

Harold "Bud" Lee Morgan, 79, of Terre Haute passed away on Wednesday, June 7, 2023.  He was born August 24, 1943, in Terre Haute to Harold Morgan and Muriel Conover Morgan.  Bud proudly served his country in the United States Army and is a Vietnam Veteran.  He was an active member of the American Legion and the VFW post 972.  Bud took great pride in yardwork, he loved to dance, and work with his hands.  Most of all he was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.  He will be missed by many.

Bud is survived by his daughters Lynn Henry (Billy) and Sherry Witham (Craig) and son Brent Morgan (Yvette), grandchildren Zander Witham, Ryder Morgan, Vance Martinez, Kristen Martinez, Devin Henry, and Summer Henry, several great-grandchildren, sisters Margi McCutcheon, lifelong friend Chuck Schlup, as well as several nieces and nephews.  He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Ann Morgan, and sisters Peach Adams, Jackie Lewis, and Marion Isom.

Visitation will be held Saturday, June 10, 2023, at DeBaun Springhill Chapel from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  Service will begin at the funeral home on Saturday at 1:00 p.m.  Pastor Billy Joe Henry will officiate.  Burial will follow at Highland Lawn Cemetery with military honors presented.
