Georgia A. (Brown) Coon, 77, formerly of Terre Haute passed away on December 30, 2014 in her home in Florida. She was born in Terre Haute on January 17, 1937 to Marvie and LeeAnne (Owen) Jenkins. She was a retired bus driver for Vigo County. She also enjoyed fishing, golfing and spending time with her family. She is survived by a daughter Teri Knever of New Symrna Beach, FL; a son Raymond (Mark) and Cinda Brown of Kokomo; a brother David Owen Jenkins of Terre Haute, three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers the family asks that contributions in her memory be made for breast cancer or ALS research. Graveside services will be on Saturday at Roselawn Memorial Park at 1 p.m.
