Georgette Jean Carrion, 69, gained her forever wings on November 21, 2020 at 1:32am. Her children were with her at her time of passing. Georgette was born November 6, 1951 in Hammond, IN to Embert and June (Krum) Talpas. She had four siblings in life; Bonnie Gatton (deceased), Charles "Chuck" Krum (deceased), Mark and Michael Talpas. In her travels as a military wife she visited many places to include living in Panama and Germany. She enjoyed working at Opryland Hotel as a manager before retiring. Georgette is survived by her son Tad Higgins of Clarksville, TN, Heather Clay of Hopkinsville, KY and Christie Burgess of Clarksville, TN. She was also blessed with 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. We are welcoming family and friends on December 5, 2020 at DeBaun Funeral Home to remember and celebrate Georgette Jean Carrion and to see her off as she makes her final journey home. Visitation will be from 11-2 and service will begin at 2. Due to Covid19 restrictions and family wishes, masks are required.
