Gary A. Ricketts,65, of Terre Haute passed away  March 25, 2018 at 3:15in Union Hospital after a brief illness.  He was born on November 7, 1952 to Luther Beryl and Norma Jean (Hix) Ricketts and they have preceded him in death.  He was also preceded by a brother Donnie Ricketts.  Gary was an owner/operater truck driver and a local dirt track racer.  He also was a member of the Sons of the American Legion, Riley Post # 328.  His survivors are his wife Christina (Ryder) Ricketts whom he married in 1980; a daughter Jennifer Ricketts, two step-sons Troy Cesinger and David Cesinger, a sister Sue Pence, and two brothers Ronnie Ricketts and Mike Ricketts.  His grandchildren are Morgan, Ethan, Nathan, and Lucas.  Funeral services will be at DeBaun Springhill Chapel on Friday, March 30, 2018 at 1 p.m.  with Pastor Larry Ricketts officiating.  Burial will follow in Farmersburg West Lawn Cemetery.  Visitation will be on Thursday, March 29, 2018 from 4-8 p.m.  The family is accepting donations to offset final expenses.  Online condolences may be offered at www.debaunfuneralhomes.com
