Garrett Hunter Stevens, 26, passed away on March 26, 2022. He was born on July 16, 1995 to Lyman G. Stevens and Zelma F. Hughes.  Garrett was preceded in death by his grandparents Columbus Garrett and Iva Sharpe.  He is survived by his father Lyman Stevens, Sr.; mother Zelma Hughes (step-father James Hughes); grandmother Zola Hughes; siblings Columbus Garrett (Amber), Adam Hughes, Lyman Stevens Jr, Abby Hughes, and Eli Hughes; several nieces and nephews, and a special nephew Lukas Garrett.  Garrett graduated Magna Cum Laude from Vincennes University with bachelor's degrees in Automotive Tech and business Management.  He enjoyed fishing, working on cars, and playing the guitar. Garrett always told jokes and loved eating good food.  Visitation for Garrett will be held at DeBaun Funeral Homes Springhill Chapel on Saturday, April 9 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM with a memorial service starting at 1:00 PM.
