Garland E. Tuttle, 87, passed away at his residence November 22, 2021.  He was born June 17, 1934 to Edgar and Laura (Rockwell) Tuttle.  He was retired from Teamsters Local #135 and was a driver for Hulman and Company, a member of the Shelburn Masonic Lodge and the Shrine at Paris, IL.  He was preceded by his parents, his wife Dorothy Gay (Myles) Tuttle, a son Harry Tuttle, and a granddaughter Misty Dawn Tuttle.  He is survived by his children Dixie McPheeters and husband David, Craig Tuttle and his wife Tina, and Garland E. Tuttle, Jr, commonly called JR.  There are 14 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great granddaughter.  Funeral services will be at DeBaun Springhill Chapel, Sunday, November 28, 2021 beginning at 1 p.m. with Rev.
