Eva Louis "Lucy" Fulford Fox of Terre Haute entered her Heavenly Home on February 12, 2026, at 9:46 a.m., surrounded by her loved ones. Lucy, as everyone called her, was born on July 31, 1947, in Monroe City to the late Willard and June (Knight) Fulford.

Lucy was the owner of the Uniform Shop for 40 years in Terre Haute.

She married the love of her life, Nelson Fox, in 2013. They loved to travel. She loved gardening and flowers, reading, and being with those she loved. Lucy was always there to help others in need.

Lucy was preceded in death by her parents Willard and June Fulford, husband Nelson Fox, brothers Virgil Fulford, Marvin Fulford (Pat), and Terry Fulford; sisters LaVerna Rudolph, Jodi Parson, Dean Wampler, and Donna Coates. She is survived by brothers Keith Fulford and wife Judy of Martinsville; Kim Fulford and wife Joyce of Bloomington, one uncle Austin Fulford and wife Grace; as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Per Lucy's wishes, she will be cremated and no services. Arrangements were entrusted to DeBaun Funeral Home. Interment will be later at Hindustan Cemetery.
