Erma Tryon passed away on October 25, 2019 at Terre Haute Regional Hospital. Erma was a resident of Peddle Park in Terre Haute.

Erma was born at home in Blackhawk, Indiana to Hobart and Bernice (Johnson) Tryon. She retired from Bemis and was a long time member of the Cory Church of the Nazarene.

Erma enjoyed working jigsaw puzzles and visiting with friends and family.

She is survived by her sister-in-law Martha V. Tryon, Barbara Tryon, and many nieces and nephews.

Erma was preceded in death by her parents Hobart and Bernice (Johnson) Tryon, brothers Junior, Bill, Paul, Jim, and Tom and sisters Wilma, Evelyn, and Genevieve (Checkie).

Visitation will be October 28, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at DeBaun Springhill Chapel with funeral services at 1:00 p.m.  Reverend Jim Miller will be officiating.  Burial will follow services at Oak Hill Cemetery east of Riley.
