Erma Lou Drake, 82 of Prairie Creek, passed away at 1:13 PM on Friday, October 9, 2015 at Terre Haute Regional Hospital. She was born in Prairie Creek on February 14, 1933 to Ralph Hodges and Sylvia Critchfield Hodges. Erma was a retired school bus driver, having driven for 32 years, and also served as a school bus trainer. In addition, she was a 4H Leader and volunteered at 4H auctions for 22 years, she also served as a softball coach, was President of the Prairie Creek Ball Association, and was a Worthy Matron of the Order of Eastern Stars.
