Dudley L. Davis, October 29, 1948 to March 31, 2025, and Paula K. Davis, April 19, 1948 to February 27, 2025, were married for over 50 years. This couple leaves behind their son Chris Davis (Michelle), grandchildren Bryce Sumpter, Kingsley Davis, and Myles Davis; Dudley's brother Gary Davis, and Paula's sister Dorothy Loudermilk.

Dudley retired from teaching after 42 years, and he was an avid golfer. Paula was retired, and she loved to read and made sure she had a glass of wine at the end of the day. Dudley and Paula both loved to spend time with their grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Dudley and Paula on Friday April 25, 2025 from 4 pm to 6 pm at DeBaun Funeral Home. A private burial will be held at a later date at Prairie Creek Westlawn Cemetery.

If you have a picture of Dudley and/or Paula that you want to leave for the family, there will be a magnetic board at the funeral home where pictures can be displayed. There will also be a journal where attendees may write down memories for the family to look back on.
