Donna Sue Powers, 75, of Terre Haute, passed away Monday July 18, 2022 in her residence. She was owner of Don Powers Trucking, Inc. Donna was born February 27, 1947 in Fontanet, Indiana to Burrel and Mary (Mullen) Judson. She is survived by her daughters, Dawn Shroyer (Kirk) and Marilyn Fagg (Jerry); son, Kerry Powers (Becky); sister, Rose Latta; brother, Max Judson; grandchildren, J.T., Judy, Chris, Chelsie, Austin, Fred, Brandon, Christian, Hannah, and Erika; 19 great-grandchildren with one on the way and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 59 years and love of her life Don Powers, who died December 21, 2018; son, Donnie Powers; sister, Carol Burk; brother, Wayne Judson and grandson, Dustin. Donna was a member of Farmers Chapel Church, where she was very active in various programs at the church. She was also program director for Kid's Hope and a volunteer for many years at Shelburn and Farmersburg kindergartens. To know Donna, was to love her. Visitation will be Saturday July 23, 2022 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm in DeBaun Springhill Chapel with funeral services at 1:00 pm in the funeral home with Pastors Tom Norris and Terry Whitlock officiating. Burial will be in Little Flock Cemetery. The family would like to offer a special thanks to Devita Dialysis Center, Southern Care Hospice, and Donna's neighbor Jase.
