Donald Eugene "J.R." Brazzell, Jr., 55, of Terre Haute passed away on Wednesday, July 26, 2023.  He was born May 6, 1968, in Terre Haute to Donald E. Brazzell, Sr. and Sharon Knopp Jones.  J.R. was an avid Indianapolis Colts fan and enjoyed watching old Westerns.  In his younger days he loved hunting and fishing.  Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his beloved family, especially his best buddy, great niece Anyah.

J.R. is survived by his mother, Sharon Jones, sisters Pamela Thompson (Derrick) and Lori Brazzell, nephews Christopher Bryan, Kadrian Cornes and Jolin Cornes, great-nephew Wyatt Bryan, great-nieces Annie Bryan and Anayh Cornes, and beloved dog Mazzey.  He is preceded in death by his father, Donald E. Brazzell, Sr.
