Donald Lee Anderson, 75, of Terre Haute passed away Friday June 7, 2019 at 6:20 am in his residence. He was a retired coal miner with the United Mine Workers Association. He was born September 17, 1943 in Vigo County to Maurice Anderson and Helen (Pickens) Anderson. Donald is survived by his wife of 57 years, Sue (Tryon) Anderson; daughter, Michele Anderson of Terre Haute; son, Mike Anderson (Stacy) of Alabama; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother and a sister. He was a member of St. Joseph University Parish and the Riley American Legion Post. Visitation will be Tuesday June 11, 2019 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm in DeBaun Springhill Chapel with funeral services at 1:00 pm in the funeral home.  Friar Savio will be officiating.   Burial, with military honors, will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
