Dolores Dee Brandom, 83, of Terre Haute passed away on May 10, 2013 at 2:02 p.m. She was born on December 23, 1929 to Orval Greely Blankenship and Victoria Elizabeth Jane (Jones) Blankenship. She graduated from Pimento High School in 1948. Dolores was a member of Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Terre Haute. She was a talented artist and an eclectic collector of art and other unusual items. She enjoyed working outside in her garden. Dolores is survived by her husband of 66 years William Brandom; her sons Jerry Brandom (Melody) and Joe Brandom (Patti); 3 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; brothers Norvel Blankenship and Arthur Blankenship; sisters Patricia Johnson, Barbara Lawrence, and Carole Elwell. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother Norman Blankenship. Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday May 15, 2013 in Callahan-DeBaun Funeral, 2425 Wabash Ave. at 1:00p.m. Pastor Ernie Peckham will be officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be on Wednesday at the funeral home from Noon until service time.
