Dixie J. Trueblood, 77, of Terre Haute passed away Wednesday February 9, 2022 in Terre Haute Regional Hospital. She was born May 11, 1944 in Moonshine, Illinois to Bennie Edgar and Josephine Elizabeth (Johnson) Norris. Dixie is survived by her husband of 57 years, Ralph Trueblood; sons, Darrin Trueblood (Beth), Brent Trueblood (Zelah), and Dr. Eric Trueblood (Dr. Jackie Trueblood); brothers, Ken Norris (Caroll), Tom Norris (Dianna), and Greg Seeley (Shelly); grandchildren, Donnie Barron, Dyllin Trueblood, Josiah Trueblood, Tyler Trueblood, Craig Cohen, Keith Cohen, Denise Conder, Kaytie Sebastian, Benjamin Trueblood, and Elizabeth Trueblood; 16 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Dixie was a 50 year member of Farmers Chapel, where she held many offices over the years and a 50 year member of the Merry Mom's Home Ec Club. Visitation will be Wednesday February 16, 2022 from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm in DeBaun Springhill Chapel with funeral services at 1:00 pm in the funeral home with Pastor Terry Whitlock officiating.
