Dixie J. Blackwell, 80, of Terre Haute passed away Friday October 13, 2023. She was born September 2, 1943 in Terre Haute to Roy Leon and Mary Ruth (Huffman) Evans. Dixie is survived by her daughter, Christina Pell and her husband Nick; son, James Quinlan and his wife Jackie; brother, Michael Evans and his wife Joan and grandchildren, Quinlan Shotwell and Alexander Shotwell.
