DeLoris D. Kos, 80 of Terre Haute, passed away at 11:33 AM on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at Harrison Crossing. She was born in Los Angeles, CA on May 15, 1935 to Daniel Biddle and Bessie Lloyd Biddle. DeLoris was a retired Teacher's Assistant for the Vigo County School Corporation and was a member of the Red Hat Society. She is survived by her son Daniel L. Kos & wife Susan, and by her daughter, Sherri L Grohovsky & husband Bill. Also surviving are six grandchildren, Whitney Kos-Boyce, Tanner Kos, Sara Moss, Jason Moss, Chris Arnold, and Kim Arnold, as well as two great grandchildren, Ava Marie Moss and Dean Boyce, and special niece, Kay Clark, as well as several other nieces and nephews. DeLoris was preceded in death by her husband Ora Leo Kos, daughter Nina R. Kos- Arnold, and by five brothers and sisters. Graveside services will be held at Bethesda Memorial Park on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at 10:00 AM, with burial to follow in Bethesda Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Heart to Heart Hospice, American Cancer Society, or the Terre Haute Humane Shelter. Arrangements are under the direction of DeBaun Springhill Chapel.
