Delores G. Elliott, 79, of Terre Haute went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 14, 2025. She was born December 15, 1945, in James Island, South Carolina to Alonzo Gladden and Harriett Robinson Gladden.  Delores was a woman of Faith and loved the Lord and her family dearly. The blessing of God and sharing His wisdom was always on her lips and in her heart. She worked as a retail store manager for many years.

Delores is survived by her husband Kenneth Elliott, her children James Spencer, Tessa Spencer, Darren Spencer, Sonnie McCune, and Lovie Cotton; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, sister Joan G. Mack and brother Robert James Gladden "Skeezo".  She was preceded in death by daughter Sherry Spencer Brown, two brothers and one sister.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at the Charleston SDA Church located at 2518 Savannah Hwy, Charleston, SC 29414, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
