Delbert Martin White, Sr. of Clinton, Indiana passed away on Monday, August 25, 2025 in Terre Haute, Indiana.  He was born in Highland, Illinois on July 7, 1963.  Delbert had many jobs, including truck driving and working on boats.  While in the Army, he worked as a professional chef and an MP.  Delbert also received medical training in Kuwait during Operation Iraqi Freedom.  In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, building models of airplanes, and cooking.

Delbert is survived by his loving wife who has been by his side for 31 years, Joyce (Walters) White; son Delbert (DJ) White, Jr. (Jordan); daughter Samantha Owens (Andrew); brothers Donald White and Timothy Buselt; and grandchildren Brady Marrs, Ethen Owens, Kaiden Owens, Bentley Owens, Grace Maloney, Jayxon White, and Delbert White, III.

Delbert is preceded in death by both of his parents.
