Debra Ann Hartley, 59, of Terre Haute passed away Thursday September 9, 2021 in her residence. She was born October 11, 1961 in Wilmington, North Carolina to Frank Meryl and Loretta Kay (Hodson) Thomas. Debra is survived by her husband, Brian Kent Hartley; son, Patrick Newnam (Mandy); sister, Karen Muncie (Andrew); brother, Frank Thomas, Jr.; granddaughter Alison Newnam, grandson, Avery Newnam; niece, Nicole Watson (Kyle) and nephews, Dustin Harney (Megan) and K. Michael Scroggin (Tosha). She loved watching her grandkids sporting events and going to the beach at Panama City. Visitation will be Thursday September 16, 2021 from 4:00 until 7:00 pm with memorial services at 7:00 pm in the funeral home with Pastor Dennis Watson officiating.
