Debra J. Johnson, 73, of Terre Haute passed away Tuesday June 16, 2026 in Signature Health Care. She was born January 30, 1953 in East St. Louis, Missouri to Lloyd E. and Phyllis J. (Paige) Mills. Debra is survived by her daughters, Tracy miller (Ronald) and Tamara Biddle (Nickolas); son, Stephan Hines; grandchildren, Ashley Spikes, Chelsea Miller, Hailey Ramsey, Quentin Cottrell, and Eli Maffioli and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Rick Johnson, who passed on October 21, 2017. Debra was a Registered Nurse and was a passionate caregiver. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday June 20, 2026 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm in DeBaun Springhill Chapel with a Wabash Valley Nursing Honor Guard service to be held in honor of Debra’s dedication to nursing.
